Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Professionals to join our US Sales team. As a Call Center Professional, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting potential customers, and selling our products/services through a consultative sales process. You will work in a fast-paced environment, engage with prospects, and contribute to the company’s growth by converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Calls: Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls from prospective customers in the US. Engage customers in conversations to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions/products.
  • Product Knowledge & Sales: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and address customer questions. Promote and sell offerings based on customer requirements.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering relevant information, identifying decision-makers, and determining purchasing intent to ensure the right products or services are offered.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to sales by understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and overcoming objections to close sales.
  • Follow-Up and Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction. Work on converting leads into loyal clients.
  • CRM Management: Enter and update customer information, sales activity, and outcomes in the CRM system to track leads, progress, and sales performance.
  • Sales Targets & KPIs: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Reporting: Report sales activity, customer feedback, and challenges to management for performance tracking and process improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call center environment, preferably in a sales or telesales role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with customers.
  • Sales-driven with a passion for closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, resilient attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with working in US time zones.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in US sales processes or working with US-based clients is an advantage.
