Job Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-centric Call Center Professionals to join our Domestic Process team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and promoting products/services to meet sales goals. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, adaptable, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support & Service: Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing information about products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Address complaints and provide timely solutions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies to accurately answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Support (if applicable): Promote and upsell products and services during customer interactions based on identified needs. Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately enter customer details, call information, and service requests into the company’s CRM system for proper record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback, share insights with the management team, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards during every customer interaction. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other team members and departments to ensure smooth handling of customer inquiries and efficient problem resolution.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up calls or actions are taken as necessary to ensure customer issues or requests are fully resolved.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, ideally in a domestic process.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends if required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
