Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company’s growth by expanding our market presence. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring the success of our business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to target new leads effectively.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive inbound/outbound sales efforts. Engage with potential clients via phone calls, emails, networking events, and social media.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their business needs, offer solutions, and provide ongoing support to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and customized proposals. Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close sales to secure profitable deals. Ensure a seamless transition from the business development stage to account management.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business strategies and deliver effective solutions to clients.
  • Report & Forecasting: Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and progress toward targets. Provide accurate forecasts and feedback to management.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to represent the company and generate new business.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven 1+Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think strategically.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
